What sensors do you install?
Temperature, water leak, and door/window sensors. We also install a smart lock so our crew can access the property for inspections and emergencies without you needing to coordinate keys.
Do I need to be there for installation?
No. We coordinate access and complete installation within 1-2 hours. You get a full app walkthrough via video call so you know exactly how everything works before we leave.
What happens when a sensor triggers?
You get an instant push notification on your phone. For critical alerts like freeze warnings or water leaks, we also dispatch our local crew within 2 hours to assess and address the situation.
Can I add services later?
Absolutely. Most clients start with Watch and add maintenance or pantry stocking once they see the value. You can upgrade or add services any time, mid-month.
What's your service area?
We cover Collingwood, Blue Mountains, Wasaga Beach, Thornbury, Meaford, Clearview, Craigleith, and Stayner. If your property is nearby but not listed, reach out and we'll see what we can do.
Is there a contract?
All monthly plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Season Turn services are booked and paid per visit. No lock-ins, no cancellation fees.
